In onions add onion in pan and wait till it turns into golden color.
On low heat add tomatoes, ginger garlic and fry it for 2 minutes.
Make the paste of these ingredients with water; coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chilli, and salt.
Now add the above mixer with onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.
When oil became separate from curry masala, then add kebab pieces and hot hot water (as your need..you want thin or thick curry) and cook it for 2o minutes.
At the end add lemon juice, coriander leaves and garam masala.
