  • Egg Mask: (for dry skin)

1. Take 1egg white and 1lemon.

1. For wrinkle treatment use Almonds, turmeric, milk and lemon.

2. Grind the almonds in grinder or mixer, add a pinch of turmeric and milk. 

3. Add few drops of lemon and make a paste. 

4. Apply it on your face and let it dry. After that rinse it off with luke warm water and pat dry your face.

  • Honey Mask : ( for soft skin, freckle treatment)

1. Take 1tsp honey and add few drips of lemon juice in it.

2. Apply it on your face for atleast 20 minutes.

3. After that rinse it off with Skin Tonic and cotton bud.

But for those who crave for more eggs, you can reduce fat by using one whole egg and the whites of the rest of the eggs.
So today we are going to try Egg Fried Rice.

Ingredients:


  • Rice half kg (boil it without salty water)
  • Whipped Eggs 4 to 5
  • Green Onions half cup
  • Green Chillies few
  • Carrot half cup
  • Peas half cup
  • Salt 1tsp or as per your taste
  • Chinese Salt 2tsp
  • White Chilli Powder 2tsp
  • Chinese Soya Sauce 2tbp
  • Oil half cup

Directions:

  1. Cut carrot, peas and green onions in cubes.
  2. Slightly boil the vegetables and put them in cold water.
  3. After few minutes take out vegetables from water.
  4. Heat up the oil.
  5. Fry eggs in it and put aside.
  6. Mix half vegetables and half rice with eggs.
  7. After that mix properly remaining vegetables and rice. And add them with eggs, vegetables and rice.
  8. At the end add chinese sauce, white chilli powder, salt, chinese salt and few green chillies and mix it.
  9. Put the rice on steam for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Your yummlicious Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
