7 Beauty Tips For Glowing Skin




1. Coconut Oil


Coconut oil will give your skin a natural glow and radiance. Using it often will help to fade wrinkles and lines as coconut oil is moisturizing and hydrating for the skin. It restores the skin's elasticity to a great extent. 


Step 1: Massage coconut oil under the eyes and other affected areas for a few minutes. Use gentle circular motions. 


Step 2: Leave the oil on overnight. 


Note : Repeat this every night before going to bed.




2. Turmeric


Turmeric contains cucurmin, which has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It will eliminate the harmful free radicals that are damaging the skin. It also enhances collagen production, and this keeps your skin supple and glowing . Gram flour gently cleanses the skin to make it clean and bright 


Step 1: Mix the turmeric powder with the gram flour. To this, add enough milk or water to form a paste. 


Step 2: Apply this on your face and neck. 


Step 3: Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with plain water. 


Note : Use this remedy once or twice a week.




3. Aloe Vera


Aloe vera gel is the ultimate solution for skin problems. Its nourishing and healing properties rejuvenate the skin to give it a natural glow. 


Step 1: Mix 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, A pinch of turmeric, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon milk. Apply this mixture on the face and neck evenly. 


Step 2: Leave it on for about 20 minutes. 


Step 3: Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry. 


Note : Apply this face pack up to twice a week. 




4. Baking Soda


Baking soda exfoliates dead skin cells and also neutralizes the skin’s pH. It soothes the skin and heals any inflammation that may be present as well. 


Step 1: Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon 


honey in a bowl. 


Step 2: Apply the mixture on damp face and neck using circular motions. 


Step 3: Leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water and pat dry. Moisturize as usual. 


Note : Apply this face pack once a week. 




5. Lemon


The sugar granules help to get rid of dead cells. Lemon cleanses, bleaches, and also removes tan. It is one of nature’s best skin brightening agents. 


Step 1: Mix the ingredients and apply the mixture on your face. 


Step 2: Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. 


Step 3: Rinse off with warm water to reveal glowing skin. 


Note : Repeat this twice a week. 




6. Papaya


Ripe papaya contains papain, an enzyme that acts as a mild exfoliator. This gently removes the top layer of dead cells on 


the face and makes your skin radiant and younger looking. It also clears the dirt and oil that can lead to acne and breakouts on the face. 


Multani mitti absorbs the excess oil from the skin and makes it soft and supple. Honey 


is a natural moisturizer and will hydrate the skin. It also reduces the blemishes on the skin. This pack acts as a skin firming and anti-aging face pack. 


Step 1: Take a ripe papaya and cut it into small pieces. 


Step 2: Add the sandalwood powder or Fuller's earth and honey to it. 


Step 3: Mix all of them to get a paste-like consistency. Apply it all over your face and neck. 


Step 4: Keep it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water. 


Note : Do this once every week. 




7. Cucumber


Cucumber is cooling for the skin. It replenishes and rejuvenates dull skin with its antioxidants. It also improves complexion and reduces swelling. 


Step 1: Grate the cucumber and add the yogurt to it. Beat it properly. 


Step 2: Apply it on your face and neck. 


Step 3: Leave it on for five minutes until it dries and wash it off with cold water. 


Note : Repeat this once in every three to four days.
