TIKKA KABAB
Ingredients:
Beef (undercut fillet :passanday) : 2kg
Yoghurt :1 cup
Salt : as per taste
Grounded Garam Masala : 2tsp
Papaya (grounded) : 2tbsp
Yoghurt :1 cup

Recipe:
1. Mix all the spices in yoghurt.
2. Wash undercut fillet and marinade it in yoghurt mixturefor 4 hours and put it in refrigerator.
3. Now just heat up the coal and undercut fillet on skewer. Put these skewer on red coal.
4. Roll the skewer after few secods for proper cooking.
5. After cooking put some oil on fillet for taste and shine.
6. Serve it with mint chatni and naan.
