Ingredients:
- Liver (kaleji) Goat or Cow 1/2 kg
- Salt as per your taste
- Red Chilli chopped 1tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- White Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
- Onion Chopped 1
- Qasoori Methi 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Note:- first of all wash liver with garlic water to get rid of its smell.
- Fry onion in hot oil.
- When onion gets light pink add liver and fry it.
- Add all the spices mentioned in ingredients except qasoori methi, and fry it for 4 minutes.
- After frying add qasoori minute and put it on steam for 1 minute. (Turn off the stove)
- Delicious Liver Tikka Curry is ready. Serve it with hot naan or tortilla (roti).
