Ingredients:
- Meat Large Piece 1/2kg
- Meat Tenderness Powder 2tbsp
- Yoghurt 2tbsp
- Whole White Cumin Seeds 1tbsp (fry and grind it)
- Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp
- Salt as per your taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
- Sourness Powder 1 tbsp
- Oil or Butter 1tbsp
- Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
Instructions:
- Mix all the spices mentioned in ingredients.
- Peirce the meat with fork.
- Marinade it for 3 to 4 hours.
- Hot the oven at 150 degree.
- Put the marinaded meat in baking tray and turn the heat on 180 degree, bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
- When it properly bakes, take it out.
- Serve it with ketchuo and yoghurt.
