Punjabi Seekh Kebab Curry (Minced Kebab Curry)


Ingredients:

  • Seekh kebab cooked 1/2 kg

For Curry;

  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Tomatoes 2 large chopped
  • Ginger 2 inch chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove chopped
  • Coriander Powder 2tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Hot Water as needed
  • Green Coriander Leaves 2tbsp chopped
  • Lemon Juice 1tsp
  • Salt as per your taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut seekh kebab into small pieces of 1inch.
  2. Put oil in pan and let it hot.
  3. In onions add onion in pan and wait till it turns into golden color.
  4. On low heat add tomatoes, ginger  garlic and fry it for 2 minutes.
  5. Make the paste of these ingredients with water; coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chilli, and salt.
  6. Now add the above mixer with onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.
  7. When oil became separate from curry masala, then add kebab pieces and hot hot water (as your need..you want thin or thick curry) and cook it for 2o minutes.
  8. At the end add lemon juice, coriander leaves and garam masala.
  9. Serve it with with rice, tortilla and naan. 

Hyderabadi Dum Kebab


Ingredients:

  • Undercut Beef Fillet (passanday) 1kg
  • White Cumin Whole 2tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds (khashkhaas) 2tbsp
  • Coconut 1 piece of 2 inch
  • Almonds 8
  • Chicpea (fried) 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli (chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Small Cardamom 6
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Lemon 2 (juice)
  • Yoghurt 1cup
  • Raw Pappaya 1 (minced)
  • Salt as per your taste


Instructions:
  1. Mix salt, minced pappay and undercut beef fillet (passanday). Marinade it for 2 hours
  2. Grind all these ingredients ; cumin, poppy seeds, almond, coconut piece, fried chicpea (half) and mix it with undercut beef fillet.
  3. Now mix yoghurt, garam masala, red chilli and remaing hald chicpea with undercut beef fillet.
  4. Take large size of whoak, pour 1 tsp oil in it and let it hot. Now put all the mixer with fillet in it and let them cook on low heat for an hour. While cooking, put the lid on whoak.
  5. After an hour, take it out. Garnish it with chopped green chilli, lemon and chopped mint.
  6. Serve it hot with naan.




Minced Meat (Peanut Butter Kebab)


MINCED MEAT ( PEANUT butter KEBAB)


Ingredients:



  • ·         Meat ( mutton or beef as per your choice) ½ kg clan it and cut it into cubes of 1inch.
  • ·         Peanut butter ¼ cup
  • ·         Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • ·         Vinegar 4tbsp
  • ·         Brown sugar 1tbsp
  • ·         Garlic 1 clove finely chopped
  • ·         Salt as per your taste
  • ·         Black pepper powdered as pr your need
  • ·         Sesame (fried) 2tbsp




Instructions:

  •   Take one bowl and mix all the above  spices mentioned in ingredients. Now mix the meat in this mixture nd marinade it for an hour.

  •    Put coal on firepot or angeethi.

  •     Mold the meat pieces around skewer or seekh.

  •   Take a plate and put some sesame seeds and coat the molded meat pieces in it.

  •    Put skewer or seekh with molded meat pieces on stove till it gets golden brown.

  •   Take meat out of skewer or seekh.

  •    Serve it with garlic bread and ketchup.
