BARBEQUE BOTI
(UNDER BAEBEQUE FILLET)
Ingredients:
- Beef Boti 1kg (undercut fillet) 1inch
- Papaya 2tbsp
- Salt as per your taste
- Ginger Paste 1tsp
- Garlic Paste 1tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 2tsp
- Kebab Chatni Minced 1tbsp
- Yoghurt 1 1/2 cup
- Oil 2tbsp
Instructions:
- Wash meat properly.
- Apply salt, garlic paste, yoghurt, papaya, ginger paste, red chilli powder, kebab chatni and oil on meat and marinade it for an hour.
- Put undercut fillet pieces on skewer and bake it in oven.
- Delicious barbeque boti is ready.
- Serve it with Naan and Salad.
