Homemade Red Chilli Sauce |
Ingredients:
- Red Chilli (whole/sabut) 10
- Pomogranate Seeds (anardana) 1 small spoon
- Garlic 6 cloves
- White Cumin Seeds half tsp
- Salt as per your taste
- Sugar 2 small spoons
Directions:
- Put all these mentioned ingredients on sil batta. (sil batta is a traditional kitchen utensil, used for processeing foods, chutneys and spices manually, basically used in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and other Asian Countries. In english its name is Mortar and Pastel. )
- Add little bit of water for proper mixing.
- If you dont want to crush it on sil batta, you can grind all these ingredients in grinder by adding little bit of water.
- Your delicious Red Chilli Sauce is ready to serve.
- you can also preserve the sauce in glass jar with air tight lid and also mentioned date of manufacturing on it. You can use your preserve sauce for a couple of weeks.
