Homemade Red Chilli Sauce

Ingredients: 
  • Red Chilli (whole/sabut) 10
  • Pomogranate Seeds (anardana) 1 small spoon
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • White Cumin Seeds half tsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Sugar 2 small spoons


Directions:

  1. Put all these mentioned ingredients on sil batta.  (sil batta is a traditional kitchen utensil, used for processeing foods, chutneys and spices manually, basically used in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and other Asian Countries. In english its name is Mortar and Pastel. )
  2. Add little bit of water for proper mixing. 
  3. If you dont want to crush it on sil batta, you can grind all these ingredients in grinder by adding little bit of water.
  4. Your delicious Red Chilli Sauce is ready to serve.
  5. you can also preserve the sauce in glass jar with air tight lid and also mentioned date of manufacturing on it. You can use your preserve sauce for a couple of weeks.

(Funegreek Liver)



Ingredients:


  • Kaleji (liver) half kg
  • Onions 2
  • Ginger Paste 1tsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Green Coriander Leaves as you like
  • Jeera (Cumin) Powder 1tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder as per your need
  • Grounded Whole Spices (garam masala) 1/4 tsp
  • Green  Chilli as per your need

Instructions:

  1. Marinade  Kaleji (liver) with salt and black pepper powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat up the oil and fry the onions till it gets brown.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, jeera (cumin) powder, green coriander leaves and green chilli in brown onions. Add little bit of water and fry them properly.
  4. Cook this masala untill it gives a good texture.
  5. After that add marinaded kaleji (liver) and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Turn off the stove.
  7. At the end add grounded whole spices (garam masala) and methi (funegreek).
  8. You can also garnish them with finely chopped ginger, green chillies and green coriander leaves.
  9. Serve it with naan.

Cucumber

Extremely healthy and refreshing, cucumbers are rich in water and can provide fantastic benefits to people who are looking to lose weight.


Ingredients:


  • Cucumber 250 gram
  • Green Coriander Leaves (few)
  • Pistachio 10 gram
  • Red Chilli half tsp
  • Onion 20 gram
  • Yoghurt 250 gram
  • Tomato 2
  • Salt as per your taste
  • White Cumin Seeds half tsp
  • Black Pepper 7 seeds
  • Mint leaves 5 gram

Directions:

  1. Peel off cucumber and onion. And finely chopped it.
  2. Cut tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Mix water and yoghurt.
  4. Now add salt, cumin seeds pistachio (chopped), grounded black pepper, red chillies, chopped mint leaves, chopped onion, chopped cucumber and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  5. Your Delicious Cucumber Raita is ready to serve.

1. Green Onion Salad

Ingredients:


  • Green Onions 125 grams
  • Salad Leaves 250 grams
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Sugar half tsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Lemon 2

Directions:

  1. Peel off and cut the  green onions and wash them with water.
  2. Wash to.atoes and cut it into round shape.
  3. Cut lemon into 4 pieces.
  4. Wash salad leaves, cut and lay them on plate, now add green onions and tomatoes. 
  5. Grind salt and sugar and spri kle it on salad.
  6. Tada...!!! Super dooper easy and fast Green Onion Salad is ready to serve.

2. Super Salad Dish


Ingredients: 

  • Salad Leaves 250 grams
  • Mint 25 gram
  • Salt half tsp
  • Green Peas half cup
  • Carrot 50 gram
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Betoot 50 gram
  • Tomato 100 gram
  • Cucumber 70 gram
  • Egg 2
  • Reddish 100 gram
  • Onion 125 gram
  • Potato 125 gram
  • Lemon 4

Directions:

  1. Wash salad leaves and mint leaves. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut them in round shape.
  3. Cut carrot, reddish, betoot and cucumber into round shape.
  4. Boil eggs and potato, also cut them in round shape. 
  5. Cut onions in round shape.
  6. Now mix all the salad items and sprinkle lemon juice, salt in it.
  7. Your Super Salad Dish is ready to serve.

3. Fruit Salad


Ingredients:

  • Salad Leaves 250 gram
  • Pear 1
  • Orange 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Grounded Black Salt half tsp
  • Carrot 100 gram

Directions:

  1. Peel off orange.
  2. Wash and cut tomatoes, pear and carrot in round shape. 
  3. now add all the salad items in a bowl. 
  4. Sprinkle black salt and lemon juice on it. 
  5. Your lite fruit salad is ready to serve.

Quick and Easy Soup Recipes



1. Peas Corn Soup

Ingredients:


  • Peas half kg
  • Soup 1cup
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp

Directions:

  1. Boil the peas grain in little amount of water. When they boiled, drain the water and grind all the peas grain in grinder.
  2. Add vinegar in the minced peas.
  3. Put soup (stock) in a sauce pan and when it comes to boil, add salt, black peppersoy sauce and corn flour and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes add minced peas. 
  5. Make it thick or according to your need and serve it. 

2. Mashroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Soup 4 cups
  • White Mushrooms 4
  • Salt and Black Pepper as per your taste
  • Lamb's Cord (brain) half cup
  • Onions finely chopped 1tbsp
  • Butter half cup

Directions:

  1. Fry finely chopped onions and add them in hot butter and lamb's brain (cord/ maghaz). 
  2. When lamb's cord get fried add chicken soup and let them boil.
  3. While boiling add mushrooms.
  4. After 10 minutes add salt and black pepper as per your taste, and serve it.

3. Cold Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes half kg
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Garam Masala half tsp
  • Whole Black Pepper 7 grains
  • Chaat Masala 1tbsp

Cold Tomato Soup


Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in small pieces and put them in sauce pan. 
  2. Add black pepper, garam masala and salt.
  3. Add 1kg water and put the lid on sauce pan. 
  4. When tomatoes becomes soft , put all the mixer in juicer/grinder and mix it.
  5. After pouring the mixer add sugar and chaat masala and let it cold.
  6. If you want to drink it hot, you can. 
  7. Serve it hot or cold as your need.

Barbeque Boti (undercut fillet)

BARBEQUE BOTI
(UNDER BAEBEQUE FILLET)


Ingredients: 

  • Beef Boti 1kg (undercut fillet)  1inch 
  • Papaya 2tbsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Ginger Paste 1tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 2tsp
  • Kebab Chatni Minced 1tbsp
  • Yoghurt 1 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2tbsp
Instructions:
  1. Wash meat properly.
  2. Apply salt, garlic paste, yoghurt, papaya, ginger paste, red chilli powder, kebab chatni and oil on meat and marinade it for an hour.
  3. Put undercut fillet pieces on skewer and bake it in oven.
  4. Delicious barbeque boti is ready.
  5. Serve it with Naan and Salad.

Creamy Tikka


Ingredients:

  • Meat Large Piece 1/2kg
  • Meat Tenderness Powder 2tbsp
  • Yoghurt 2tbsp
  • Whole White Cumin Seeds 1tbsp (fry and grind it)
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Sourness Powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil or Butter 1tbsp
  • Fresh Cream 1/2 cup


Instructions:

  1. Mix all the spices mentioned in ingredients.
  2. Peirce the meat with fork.
  3. Marinade it for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Hot the oven at 150 degree.
  5. Put the marinaded meat in baking tray and turn the heat on 180 degree, bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. When it properly bakes, take it out.
  7. Serve it with ketchuo and yoghurt.

Liver (Kaleji) Tikka Curry

Ingredients:

  • Liver (kaleji) Goat or Cow 1/2 kg
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Red Chilli chopped 1tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • White Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Onion Chopped 1
  • Qasoori Methi 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Note:- first of all wash liver with garlic water to get rid of its smell.

  1. Fry onion in hot oil.
  2. When onion gets light pink add liver and fry it.
  3. Add all the spices mentioned in ingredients except qasoori methi, and fry it for 4 minutes.
  4. After frying add qasoori minute and put it on steam for 1 minute. (Turn off the stove)
  5. Delicious Liver Tikka Curry is ready. Serve it with hot naan or tortilla (roti).
